All dresses are made to order, this means once the order is placed I will order/buy the fabric and cut the pattern to your measurements provided by you. Please measure carefully. If you are not sure how to take your own measurements message me and I will give you advise on how to measure your body. I also leave good seam allowances in case you should need any alterations. Since I can not do personal fittings there is a slight possibility that a little tweak is necessary although this has never occurred in the past. I use a sizable mannequin that I will adjust to your measurements when making the item of clothing.

I do not refund an order once it's been placed and you change your mind for whatever reason. I also do not refund if your measurements change for any reason and the item does not fit. So please measure accurately!

I only refund if the item purchased is different from the description or faulty. If you receive an item that is faulty, please return it as you have received it and I will refund you. The return shipping cost will be at the customers expense.

I only ship recorded delivery to make sure you item arrives with you securely.
